Since we want your trial experience to be the best possible experience, we use this information to reach out to you and provide support during your trial period. These details help us tailor our support to your specific needs.
You are able to view, change and remove your data associated with your profile. Should you choose to delete your account, please contact us at email@example.com and we will follow up with such request as soon as possible.
Minors and children should not use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Use of the Data
We only use your personal and company information to provide you the Website services (for example, to establish the correct billing contact) or to communicate with you about the services or the Website (for example, emailing you during your trial period to provide support). We do not use any of the detailed organization data recorded in Andon App (for example, production line and workstation names, production output data, workstation status data, etc.) but do use aggregated information to monitor your usage. For example, since billing is based on how many users and workstations are attached to your organization, we collect the aggregated counts of each for each organization.
We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information.
We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent unless legally required to do so.
Bright Designs LLC is operated from the United States. If you are visiting the Website from outside the U.S., you agree to any processing of any personal information you provide us according to this policy.
Bright Designs LLC may contact you, by email or other means. For example, Bright Designs LLC may send you promotional emails relating to the Website, or communicate with you about your use of the Bright Designs LLC website. We don't share your personal information with third parties. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Website and service.
