Effective: May 24, 2018

At Bright Designs LLC, we collect and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy, with the goal of incorporating our company values: transparency, accessibility, and usability. This document is part of Bright Designs LLC's Terms of Service, and by using (the “Website”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Please read the Terms of Service in their entirety, and refer to those for definitions and contacts.

At Bright Designs LLC, we use the "Privacy by Design" approach. This means that we think of privacy implication before building a new feature, we don't ask for information we don't need, and we protect the information we have. We take pride in treating our users' privacy the way we'd like to be treated by a website like this one, as individuals.

Data Collected

With your consent, we collect web page requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.  We use this information to better understand our customer base and design our website in a way that aligns with your interests.

With your consent, when you sign up for a trial of Andon App we will ask you to provide more details about yourself, including your Name, Title, Company, Email Address, and other information.  Since we want your trial experience to be the best possible experience, we use this information to reach out to you and provide support during your trial period.  These details help us tailor our support to your specific needs.

After creating an account in Andon App, you may choose to store additional data on our site such as production line and workstation names, production output data, workstation status data, the names of users, etc.  Providing this data is completely voluntary.  In order to enable these or any other login based features, we use cookies to store session information for your convenience. You can block or delete cookies and still be able to use the Website.

You are able to view, change and remove your data associated with your profile. Should you choose to delete your account, please contact us at and we will follow up with such request as soon as possible.

Minors and children should not use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Use of the Data

We only use your personal and company information to provide you the Website services (for example, to establish the correct billing contact) or to communicate with you about the services or the Website (for example, emailing you during your trial period to provide support).  We do not use any of the detailed organization data recorded in Andon App (for example, production line and workstation names, production output data, workstation status data, etc.) but do use aggregated information to monitor your usage.  For example, since billing is based on how many users and workstations are attached to your organization, we collect the aggregated counts of each for each organization.

We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information.

We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent unless legally required to do so.
